Erin's Yoga Classes

Erin currently teaches a weekly All Levels Flow style yoga class.  Beginning with breath awareness exercises, a few moments of quiet reflection then gently opening the body.  Focusing on postures that will gently awaken the body promoting strength, flexibility and awareness throughout.  

Private Group Classes

Erin would love to plan a class specifically for your group. Whether it is for team building, a special event (birthdays/bridal showers etc.) or you just want to practice with your favorite group of people!

One On One

For those who might be intimidated by a class setting but are interested in starting a personal yoga practice, one on one sessions can be very helpful (email inquire for dates and pricing).

 

Special Events

Erin loves collaborating with local community business to offer special events such as Yoga & Brunch once a month.
